Great learning experience informative and fun

I recently completed a first aid course with David, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and makes every topic easy to understand — and he makes it fun too! David created a comfortable learning environment where everyone felt confident to ask questions and practice new skills. Thanks to his clear instruction and real-world examples, I now feel fully prepared to handle emergencies.

Informative and helpful. It helped to hear the real examples from the trainers and the other trainees. Very friendly and helpful. The practical aspect was fun and they were very patient with showing us the moves several times.

I have enjoyed the interactive training on challenging behaviours, this session was interactive and helpful. Trainers are knowledgeable and experienced, good with time management and guiding topics to encourage understanding

I learnt a lot through the challenging behaviour course, beforehand I wouldn’t be able to say how to handle challenging behaviour but after the course I feel a lot more confident.

A two day Train the Trainer Course for Manual Handling-
The two trainers David and Mel were excellent, they instantly put everyone at ease, with a mixture of theory and practical sessions, it was very interactive with candidates sharing their knowledge, it was up to date and included so much detail to take us forward with our training.
All very relevant and although a very serious topic, it was delivered in a fun and informal way with both giving examples and explanations to aid understanding.

The manual handling training was very helpful for my role in healthcare. It taught me safe techniques to move and support patients without risking injury to myself or others. I now feel more confident and aware when carrying out my daily duties.

We had Responsive First Aid Training to provide Fire Marshall training for our company.
David is friendly and  makes the training interesting, and informative.He had a wealth of knowledge on the subject.
Fully recommend, we have used David before, and will use again in the future.

The session was good as it was informative and interesting.

David and Jo were absolutely fantastic when they came to our club to teach first aid. We are a group for adults with disabilities and they were both really great and patient with our members. They kept it simple and they but us all laughing and learning at the same time

Attended basic life support training which was great.
I've had lots of this training over the course of my career and have mainly found it boring.
This time was very different.
The trainers were professional, friendly and engaging.
I enjoyed every aspect of the training delivered, particularly the practical.
There was no aspect of training I didn't enjoy, and wouldn't change any aspect of it.
Would highly recommend.
